Standard Delivery Policy

DHL or 1st Class Royal Mail Parcel delivery anywhere in Mainland Great Britain. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Where possible we try to despatch within 12 - 24 hours. Any items on back-order are sent free of charge.



For deliveries to the Islands (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, The Scillies, The Isle of Man, The Hebrides, The Shetland and Orkney Islands) customers should allow up to 72hrs.

Please note that a few special products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.



 


Delivery Charges

For orders of  £40 and over in value:    Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE
For orders under £40 in value:            Delivery will cost £5.50
For orders to the Islands and Scottish Highlands, please add 12.00 to our scale of charges.
